Liked: it is very centrally located and close to attractions and the underground. the staf is friendly en served us well.the rooms were clean and were made up daily and provided with clean towels. also very suitable for groups
Disliked: the only facility we missed is closet space to put your clothes in. now you can't really put it away and you literally live out of your suitcase.

Liked: Room small, but clean and cleverly furnished. A bit warm, though - you need to let the A/C run most of the time. Location is very good for sightseeing - walking distance to Tower / Tower Bridge and less than 500 m to the next Underground. Self-serve breakfast in the lobby with a nice choice of food (except for scrambled eggs/fried eggs, as far as I recall). Helpful staff at all times.
Disliked: Would have preferred windows that can be opened, but then ...
