Positives and negatives both present

Liked: top floor room as requested, fantastic views, nice bathroom, comfy bed, very friendly reception, even the heating eventually came on
Disliked: price. a bit short on hangers: 3 for two people is a bit mean. I drove to hotel on Sunday, only to find marathon is on and access to Minories car park is blocked. Reception did not have a clue about that: I think they should've warned us.

Great location for the financial...

Liked: location and cleanness
Disliked: working with a pre-booking corporate visa card, the reception team was not trained to handle this.
