Disliked: This was already my 2nd time in this hotel. The last time I checked in I got a room in 4th floor which was smelling of smoke or similar. I asked for a new room and immediately got one. Staff was really great - friendly and very organized !This 2nd time now I had a room to the main road... and the noise was really crazy. I also asked for a new room and I also got one. Staff was really great - friendly and very organized ! The only downside is that a) not clear what it is with quality control of the rooms regarding smoke and b) either my room had an issue with the window(s) or in general all rooms to the front do not have noise-insulating windows. not so nice: Internet was often really slow... I had to change to my cell phone as hot spot. In the new room I got for this trip no real chair was in the room, only a small stool
