Good hotel for going to...

Liked: Personelle was helpful and very nice, room was good. Location very close to airport.
Disliked: I would have liked a little more Options at breakfast, pillows were too hard.

A relaxing trip for a...

Liked: I chose Motel One because I had stayed in Berlin before and was very pleased with the services and quality. I only wanted one night because I had a morning flight. It is very close to the airport. You can get there by bus to the airport or by any other taxi service. I enjoyed cleanliness and peace.
Disliked: You have to pay an additional Hamburg city tax that I didn't know about.

Good place but be careful...

Liked: Close to the airport. Very comfortable rooms, beds and bathrooms. Breakfast is also well-done. Only issue is the attitude of some of the staff members - agressively communicating, and threatening a guest - especially disgusting as guest was with a small child. Not nice at all!

Excellent stay with a very...

Liked: Excellent location walking distance to visit family 10 min., which was the main purpose of our trip to Hamburg, and walking distance to the airport 15 min. through the forest. Couldn't be better. Also convenient for bus, U Bahn and S Bahn to Hamburg-Mitte. The room was modern and very clean. Never had to wait for elevators, which is unusual in many hotels these days when you travel the world. The staff was also very service minded.
Disliked: Nothing really.
