Comfortable and convenient

Liked: The hotel is located incredibly well, at the bottom of Cockburn Street, one of the most beautiful streets in the city. The hotel was ambient, clean, and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The bedroom was quite small and the window faced onto an alley at ground level with many passersby able to see in.

Liked: Location could not be better. Easy walk to train station and the Royal Mile. Great pub right across the road.

Liked: Location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town and the new
Disliked: The property it very big and if you have a room that’s either on level 5/6, it could get quite confusing to find your room even tho the signs are clear

Liked: Modern but cosy. Bed super comfy. Clean throughout. Fantastic location
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t value for money. Eggs were awful to peel at the table. Would have preferred cooked breakfast.

Will happily come again

Liked: Great location, clean and accommodating.
Disliked: Lifts are hard to catch, downstairs toilet is far away. Staff at reception are abit rude.
