Liked: Location is perfect. The bus stop, connecting the Airport to the Center of Edinburgh is located near the hotel. Near the train station. 10 minutes by foot from the Castle.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better, especially the bread selection. The breakfast room which is also the bar has too little comfortable seats (windowsill, stools without backrest) at peak times. Also the same room is used by the people when entering and exiting the hotel with luggages, though there is an alternative entrance/exit that could be used.

Great location, clean and comfy...

Liked: Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh as centrally located just by Waverley station and the Airlink bus stop for the airport. Staff were friendly and efficient, room was comfy and clean, the pillows were great.The 24 hour reception was a bonus as it didn't matter what time you rolled in from a night out.
Disliked: Nothing really!

Liked: Check in was vague and uninspiring. The directions to the room was like trying to find the Harry Potter secret platform!
Disliked: Check in and breakfast was chaotic and not worth the money.
