Liked: Hotel easy to find
Disliked: We were not advised that they had refurbishment taking place unti we got there, and they put us in a room right next door to the rooms being refurbished. We were told when I asked on check in, that we would not be disturbed has the work will not begin until 9.00am. That was not true and we heard them start at 7.45am with sawing and banging. Also the corridors where not easy to walk along with work tools and other items left in the way. Very disappointed

Liked: Property was in the middle of downtown. So it was really good to walk around. Property entrance is bit hard too find out. So its better to mention while booking confirmation.
Disliked: Bed pillows are really big and hard. I think should really look into, there were no bottle waters

Great location to enjoy all...

Liked: Great location. Easy to reach by train or tram. Extremely comfortable bed . Good shower
Disliked: Reception is upstairs so felt a bit insecure getting into the lift .

Liked: Location was perfect, Staff were amazing and friendly, Despite the lack of a cooked breakfast, We really enjoyed what there was to eat,Sitting in the window looking out on the city in the lovely lounge was the best part.
Disliked: The room we were given wasn’t anything like the pictures were on my booking,Felt dark an depressing,Unlike the light an airy photos I originally booked,Which you can clearly see when picking your room options,The mattress was hard,
