Otherwise, the location is prime...

Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: The room was very small, and cold (especially at night). On the second night, in the middle of the night, some hotel guests made a lot of noise in the corridor. I am sorry I didn't ask for a second blanket.

I would come back next...

Liked: Friendly reception staff, very helpful with booking taxi for early morning departure. There was 24hr reception staff attandence so even at 3:30 am someone could check that the taxi was on its way. Decor was modern/chic, room was clean and comfortable. Location good- 15 minutes walk or 5 mins bus ride from Hauptbanhof, 10-15 minutes by taxi from airport and 10 minutes walk from Schnoor historic district.
Disliked: No coffee making facilities in room, but cafe/bar downstairs easily accessed
