Pleasant

Disliked: Very small room. They ask you to reduce daily cleaning routine to save water ;), which would be ok, if you would get amenities as agreed. Did not work, so we reordered the cleaning.

Good

Liked: The hotel is near a subway stop on a really convenient line so exploring Berlin was really simple.Hotel staff were friendly, and even made me some lovely coffee in the mornings.
Disliked: Room was a little small for a big guy but it wasn't a major issue.

Good value and great location.

Liked: Clean and bright. Comfortable bar area and lovely helpful staff. They let us leave our luggage hours before the room was ready.Room and en-suite were clean and modern.
Disliked: Room a little small with no kettle to make tea! Breakfast expensive for what it was.Need clearer communication on how to get the room cleaned.

Basic room for the price...

Liked: The location was definitely the best thing about the hotel. We were there for a wedding at a venue 8 minutes walk away. We loved exploring the neighbourhood on foot. No end of places to eat, have coffee and people watch.We were blessed with extremely good weather so were also really pleased that we could open the window in the room fully!
Disliked: The room was small and quite poky. Not one drawer or storage for our things really so with the suitcase on the floor and the desk and chair piled with our things, it was quite claustrophobic and messy. No water, kettle or fridge in the room which for the price seemed a bit tight.
