Liked: Location was perfect. All kinds of transport is accessible and large variety of food places.
Disliked: Basic amenities such as glass, cup, water, kettle are not provided by the hotel in the room. These are usually provided by default.

Chaotic hotel

Liked: Location is the only good thing about this hotel
Disliked: This hotel is in total chaos, it is clear they need better management. Eventhough we reserved parking, they forgot, which in the end led to is prooving we booked parking and error was on their side. Soap dispenser in bathroom didnt work, eventhough we reported it twice, we needed to bring it personally to reception. During breakfast, hotel personnel is filling to the top jars that are anyway good size full, instead of cleaning tables that new guests could have breakfast. Hotel rooms are terribly small with no mannuvering space. We will not be coming again.

Liked: The beds were so comfortable. The location was fantastic minutes s from trains/underground and trams.

Great location, friendly staff, pleasant...

Liked: The location is great, walkable to Alexandar Plaz and close to train station. The restaurant area was very nice, the staff really friendly and the backyard was a bonus to all of that, just perfect concept overall.

Excellent value for your money

Liked: Everything was well organized and the room had a very nice view and location. It is in the very city center close to the Alexanderplatz station. Breakfast was also really good.

Liked: Great location! Close to train to airport.Close to Alexanderplatz.Easy to get to tourist attractions. Some nice cafes and bars around too.
