Liked: Stranded in Berlin because of a cancelled train and stayed here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, rooms are nice, clean, and quiet.

Liked: The hotel was very nice and staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Location was a bit further than we had originally anticipated from the train station and city centre, but that's not the fault of the hotel (whom is stationary) lol. As per other reviews, the rooms are small. No closet. Good for a night or two, but prob not much more if you have more stuff. We were a couple traveling for 2 weeks and one the first day, we found it tight, but for Berlin, the price was right.

Decent place

Liked: The recepcionist was really kind and the location is nice. Altgough the trains are moving right next to the hotel, you don’t hear this by closed windows. The room was small, but fine for 1 night.
Disliked: -

2 night stay with friends...

Liked: Good location situated near Hauptbanhof ( 15 min walk along the Spree ) or the Bellevue S Bahn. ( 5 min walk ) Excellent, courteous staff willing to help when needed. Rooms were comfy, clean and decent size. Only downside was no coffee machine in the room but you can grab one from the bar for a reasonable price. Plenty of restaurants / fast food in the immediate area. Good value for money.
Disliked: All was good.
