Liked: The location is amazing and the cleaning staff are fabulous also the receptionists
Disliked: The facility in the room is basic no coffee machine no smart TV with Netflix or YouTube also the soup container is not working well... The hotel is International and it is not cheap so they should pay attention to these details

Excellent stay

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception area. Enjoyed the rooftop bar (great coctails) and lounge areas, very clean rooms, overall comfortable and beautifully decorated place, great location too, near public transport! Buffet breakfast came with a lot of variety, overall enjoyed how friendly and nice staff were, the warm environment and cleanliness of the place, no noise either, even though it's in a busy area!

Liked: The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. I was a little confused about the door lock at first because the door did not appear to lock from the inside when I turned the knob. However, later I learned that it did, in fact, automatically lock through an electronic mechanism.
