Liked: Very clean and comfortable hotel. Close to central train station. Very comfortable bed and variety of breakfast
Disliked: Everything is perfect except coffee amenities there was no kettle and coffee in the rooms.

Liked: Modern and tidy rooms with one of the best location in Berlin next to Alexanderplatz.
Disliked: Nothing! just continue the same.

Disliked: Noise from 18th floor bar on Saturday night. Air conditioning cold on first night in room.

Exceptional

Liked: The location is excellent, the service at the front desk is very good and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The TV service was great, giving also the possibility to easily connect your device to it for broadcasting your own media The Internet service was great.
Disliked: We went for a 7 days trip and found that there was not enough space in the room to store our clothes, although we finally handled this. The room offered two different sizes of pillows, but I found both of them thicker than my favourite ones.
