Great place to stay central...

Liked: Always busy, clean and well appointed rooms, usually bigger than your average size room, great beds. Very close to town less than 5 mins walk.

Best place in town

Liked: One of the best Motels I've ever stayed in New Zealand. Very quiet even though central, spacious, clean, comfortable bed and seating area. The only Motel or Hotel so far with a water filter in the kitchen to avoid the chlorine taste. Immediate upgrade to disability unit as my daughter had an accident recently and could not climb stairs. I will definitely come again

Liked: Great location close to central city. Clean room and surprisingly quiet despite proximity to Octagon. Many eatery options nearby, too. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Very little to comment. However the shower stall was smaller than expected - but the water pressure was great!
