Clean and modest accommodation but...

Liked: Clean and modest accommodations. Good shower pressure and temperature. Location convenient and safe neighborhood.
Disliked: It is still listed online that they have a pool but the pool has been out of commission "for years" as per check in person which was disappointing. They still have photo of the pool at the check in desk. Air conditioning available but weak. Small rooms. Loud outdoor music at midnight until 3 am on Saturday night.

Liked: We were lookiing for a clean inexpensive motel, that is what we got.
Disliked: Everything was fine

Liked: There was no breakfast offered. It was almost a 15 minute drive to get a breakfast.The bathroom was very clean.
Disliked: The flooring was old and should be updated. The motel grounds need some TLC.

Good budget stay

Liked: This is a clean budget motel operated by friendly people. This is my second stay here, and I will stay again. If you need value and are a no frills traveler - especially a road trip tourist or someone passing through for work - this will suit you.
Disliked: Minor annoyance - the owner doesn't like late check in and will call you to know when you are coming. The HVAC minisplit in the room can be tricky to operate, the bedding is a bit cheap.

Liked: Decent place to stay a couple of nights. You have a fridge, microwave, and a good bathroom; the bed was also comfortable.
Disliked: I heard my neighbour in the next room because the two rooms used to be connected, and the sound insulation from the door (which is now covered with something) is not really great. The wifi wasn't available for some reason, maybe I just didn't find it.
