Liked: Very spacious,, bit old style, but very clean, good location

Liked: Charming big room in the original heritage building with nice view. Very clean. Comfy beds. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The room was really cold when we first got in (middle of July). It took a few hours until room temperature was comforrable.

Superb

Liked: Close to town but far enough away to be quiet with good views. Bath big enough to soak in. Shower hot and strong. Clean and tidy. Great price.
Disliked: Pillows too hard but we'd brought our own so didn't need to use. Heater in room not great and no way to turn up but there was another in the cupboard that could be used as well. Noisy birds in trees by the street and we were in the closest unit.

Cheap comfortable stay

Liked: Close to CBD. Free parking. Great view of Mount Wellington from my room. Amenity was sufficient. Came with extra heater which was good as it was certainly needed.
Disliked: Bed was hard. Noisy at times by other occupants. Could do with new decor.
