Excellent stay

Liked: The view, the spacious room, and its facilities including bathtub.

Dirty but great reception staff

Disliked: Not clean. Had to ask for them to bring us fresh bedding. Would not recommend

Exceptional

Not what we expected for...

Liked: The bed was comfortable but there was an obvious amount of dust built up behind the bed. Made obvious when the overhead light was on.
Disliked: The spa didn't work. The pressure controls were broken. The bedside lamp was broken. The carpets were old and stained.No plates provided for use with microwave and toaster.

Liked: The location, price and clean facilities
Disliked: The room had very poor lighting, eg for reading and general functions. The WiFi was intermittent and frustrating.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, tidy
Disliked: Our original room had a damp unpleasant smell, we let it air out while out and about but was still there upon returning. It was after hours but a lovely staff member still came out to see me and allowed us to inspect a new room before relocating us which was all we hoped for. The rooms were old and very basic but had everything we needed. They were clean and free from dust etc. even the damp smelling one looked maintained.
