Liked: Location and quality of room. Also really liked the woman who checked us in and out. She's a great representative of the motel and of Lennoxville.
Disliked: The outdoor stairs used to reach the room are serviceable, but a bit on the shabby side. Not a major problem.

Liked: I was attending an event at Bishop's University and the location was perfect. I could easily walk to the university in less than 10min.
Disliked: The room was comfortable but the double bed was small.
