Better for a summer stay

Liked: The location was convenient with places to eat nearby. There was free off street parking. It was dog friendly. The location is very park like and pleasant.
Disliked: The room was freezing cold. One of the windows would not close completely. The furniture in the room was beyond shabby and way past it's useful life.
