Good value, central and welcoming

Liked: The lobby is great to hang out, the staff are very professional and the place is spotless. A very quick ride into the center of town via tram and very fresh breakfast

Disliked: When we entered the hotel, there was an awful smell. The room's lighting was a bit too dim. During the summer, the weather is very hot; I think a refrigerator is needed inside the room. (Breakfast options were too few.)

Exceptional

Liked: Nice rooms. Really good rate for being so well located. Right accross from a tram and bus station.
Disliked: Room 126s window couldn't open, but there is AC, so not a big issue.

Α motel with freezing room...

Liked: The property is in a great location, right next to a tram station. It’s only a 15-20 minute ride away from Gamla Stan,by taking take the tram for one stop and then the metro. There’s also a supermarket and a pharmacy just around the corner. The staff was really friendly, but that’s about it.
Disliked: The room was freezing! I complained to the staff, but all they did was tell me to turn off the fan at the central air conditioner atmy room. We found a couple of hairs on our clean sheets, and they smelled awful. The cleaner was touching the dirty and clean towels and sheets wearing the same gloves. We also had a problem with the sink - it wasn’t drying the water. We told them about it, but they didn’t do anything. So, we couldn’t wash our hands without the sink being full of water.

Liked: I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The location is very convenient – it's close to public transport and right next to a bus stop. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay.
