Overall not bad for a...

Liked: The rooms were surprisingly nice for the value with jacuzzis which was surprising.
Disliked: All the rooms I booked were supposed to be nonsmoking. One of the 4 rooms I booked smelled intensely like smoke. They claimed the previous customers in the room must’ve smoked despite it being a nonsmoking room. My question was how wellDo the staff clean their rooms before the next guest checks-in if they don’t catch huge issues like this?

Disliked: I was given a smoking room that smelled like hell. There was no indication of the fact that it was a smoking room in my booking. In fact, while Expedia clearly shows the smoking vs non-smoking options, Booking does not. I had to leave the motel as my eyes and throat hurt, and I went back home in the middle of the night. The clerk at the front desk was all but helpful. I reached out to Booking to get a refund and I am still waiting for their reply. This was by far the worst experience Ihave ever had in a hotel.

Simple, clean, and exactly what...

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised by our stay! The location is very convenient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was impressively clean, especially considering the look of the motel itself and the variety of guests. Our expectations were low, but the team did a great job — everything turned out just fine
Disliked: Even though the A/C cooled the room very well, it was super loud — but nothing a pair of earplugs can’t fix (or just treat it like a sleep soundtrack

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Room was cleaned every day. We got exactly what we expected. A bed, roof over our head, and AC. Perfect for our needs.
