A little below average.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Stained easy chairs in the bedroom, previous guest’s dirty clothes under the bed. No plug in the bathroom sink.

Liked: Basic but comfortable motel - all facilities provided and a good breakfast.
Disliked: Wifi was weak and the room not as clean as it could be

Liked: Comfortable. And very sweet cottage like.
Disliked: Not many amenities like food and snacks. Also not much circulation in the rooms with both the door and the window being open.
