HORRIBLE!! how is it no...

Liked: I would like to request a refund??? When we arrived at 11pm the reception area was closed and no one was there to check us in so we had to find other accommodations.Thanks
Disliked: The fact that we could not check in and was not allowed to stay !!

Liked: The tiny rapids in the back. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Very dark. In an industrial area. Pool was empty. Room looked bigger in the picture. Felt like I was in a university campus room.
