Located in the Eastern Townships, this Shefford motel is 1.2 mi east of Waterloo, Quebec and offers nearby access to bicycle paths. It features views of the private lake, free WiFi, and a flat-screen satellite TV. The Waterloo public beach is 0.9 mi away. Every room at Motel des Deux Lacs includes a refrigerator and coffee machine while studios feature a kitchenette. Each nonsmoking room has a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Children cannot be accommodated in regular rooms, only in the studios. Each unit has a heat pump, and guests can individually control the air conditioning or heating in their room. Liked: Great location for exploring the Eastern Townships.Welcoming and helpful staff.
Disliked: The outside lights made it too bright in the room at night.

All generally fair but the...

Liked: It was all pretty nice, EXCEPT FOR THE AIR.
Disliked: The air quality is really bad. We both couldn't breath. As soon as we went inside, our noses got stuffed and we had trouble breathing. The wifi didn't workThe toaster is weak (kinda broken)

Very pleasant short stay with everything that we needed and great personnel on site

Liked: We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay at Motel des Deux Lacs. We had a very comfortable stay and the studio had everything that we needed. The personnel were quite welcoming. Highly recommended!
Disliked: Since we stayed one night we didn't use the bath/shower.

Liked: Clean room with everything we needed, convenient location 20 min from the mountain but above all, great customer service. The hosts went above and beyond of what we expected of them. Extremely pleased.
