Pathetic, substandard and lowest quality...

Disliked: Pathetic - My stay at this hotel was nothing short of disappointing. It feels like the property is stuck in the stone age, not just in terms of its outdated infrastructure but also in the quality of service. The staff, especially at the front desk, were shockingly arrogant and unhelpful. It was evident they lacked basic communication skills—not only did they not know how to communicate, but they also had no idea what to communicate. Every interaction felt like a hassle rather than hospitality.Cleanliness was another major letdown. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d generously rate it a 2. There was visible dust on the floor, and the room gave off an unkempt vibe. The bed linen was in unacceptable condition brown in color , worn out, and worse, it appeared not to have been changed between guests. I even found hair on the bedsheet, which made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. I ended up cleaning the bed myself as I didn't want to interact with front office and I found they didn't have any support staff on ground except front office.The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location, situated conveniently in the downtown area. Unfortunately, that alone is not enough to compensate for the subpar experience. Overall, the service was pathetic, and the facilities were far from what you'd expect from even a modest hotel.

Liked: Didn't get breakfast there.Location is pretty close to all essential stores/shops.I had to walk a few metres to get whatever I needed.Was easy to book a taxi when it was time to leave.

Liked: Friendly staff, right off the highway. Lots of shops/restaurants close by.
Disliked: Didn't like that we couldn't control the heat.

Liked: The price is good for what you get. They are strict so no riff raff. Its an older place but if you cant spend on a 500/night hilton .......this is value! Bang for your buck
Disliked: Walls are thin, floors creek. I kept the bathroom fan on 24hr and tv for background noise

Liked: the location is the only thing.
Disliked: stuff was very bad, everything is cheap there, for the first time I slept in a motel or hotel weak up in the morning and had back pain the cheapest spring mattresses you can get, the room very dirty, the washroom dirty and not working, the room sting of smoke. The sign in the washroom said the room would get charged in case of missing towels like the cheapest sign you never see in a room, even the coffe was not free. I hope this review helps some to not go there, the bed was dirty also,,
