Nice motel with all services...

Liked: The motel was clean, the facilities within the rooms were very good compare to other motels (microwave, fridge). The bathroom was very nice.Breakfast was very basic, but functional. Much more than expected.
Disliked: Just that you have to let them know you needed them to clean your room, but it is as simple as leaving the sign in the door. We forgot one of the days.

Liked: The room was small but clean, with good facilities. Location was good.
Disliked: I have stayed here before and everything was fine. But this time the bed and pillow were so uncomfortable I had trouble sleeping. The TV didn't work and when they fixed it, it only had one channel. When I called for help about this, no one answered so I went down to the front desk. No one was there and the lobby was shut up even though it was only 9pm! What kind of people are running this place? The breakfast is so pitiful it doesn't even have yogurt.

Disappointing

Liked: The room had all the essentials to make the stay comfortable and convenient.
Disliked: The curtains were absolutely disgusting so filthy they couldn’t even be touched. It was obvious they hadn’t been washed in years. When I reported this to the manager, instead of showing any care or professionalism, he was rude, aggressive, and completely dismissive of my complaint. On top of that, the bathroom sink had no drain cover, leaving an open pipe where anything could fall in. I asked reception for a drain cover, and they promised to send someone to fix it, but nobody ever came during our entire stay. This is not only careless maintenance but also a serious hazard for both guests and the property. Overall, this place shows zero respect for cleanliness, safety, or customer service.

Disliked: Smelly room, mouldy curtains,

fruits for breakfast

Liked: room was simple but clean and at the end confortable. Some noise coming from neighbours next to us and/or upstairs as I think insulation is thin
Disliked: missing fruits at breakfast (but that is common thing experienced during my trip in California)
