It was ok.
Liked: Good price for pets. Close to town.
Disliked: We had seven tv channels. A main local channel played in Spanish. We couldn’t find anything on the remote control to change it. My husband went to the front desk to ask for help. The lady said she didn’t know how to change the tv channel to English. The walls are thin. I could hear the renter in the next room talking. The doors are locked by a key instead of a card reader. The door didn’t completely close. I could feel cold air coming thru the crack between the door and door frame. I could hear the traffic on the highway nearby. Across the parking lot was a run down Travel Lodge that looked like it housed undesirables. I didn’t see anyone sketchy. I could see how badly the condition of Travel Lodge that only someone with little money would stay.

Disliked: Horrible staff service. when I asked to see the incidental policy for the $100 deposit, the manager got upset with me and then "accidentally" charged me $300 for a room deposit. When I asked for a print out of the policy she made me wait for an hour and a half to get it while making jokes with the other 2 staff. Then when I asked to speak with her again after getting a chance to look at room charges, she sent 2 people to tell me to come back later at 9:30 or 10 pm. I said no I would wait, she then made me wait another hour before coming out to see me. It took all of less than a minute for me to ask the questions I had about the "wrong" charges. She admitted to charging me $300 but said it was the machine. I was treated very rudely and inappropriate by this staff, and I was charged a $300 deposit and made to wait an extra 3 hours total to get settled in my room. Ridiculous behavior by the staff. I was targeted, humiliated, and made fun of by the staff here, bartender included.
