Motel 7 - Near Six Flags Vallejo - Napa Valley

Great people at front desk!...

Liked: It is a good hotel and the people at front desk are awesome. I like the rooms and price. However, my last stay wasn’t as good as it normally is because the room I got was not so great. The coffee pot didn’t work. The curtains covered the heater/ac so the air was blocked and I didn’t want to open my curtains…everybody could look in my room. Not comfortable with that. The light next to bed didn’t work only the very bright light that lights up the whole room like a spot light. It just wasn’t as nice as the rooms I’ve stayed in before. But I love the staff at front desk they are always very nice. I didn’t want to be a complaining guest so I just kept everything to myself but when I stay again I’m going to request room I’ve had before and that I know I like.

Liked: It met the standards for the price. I will stay there again when I’m in town!
Disliked: I have no complaints about the loud traffic noise, I’m use to it, because I live by a busy street!

Do not go here

Liked: No toilet paper, the TV didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work. And based on the other clients that we saw I wouldn't want to touch any of the bedding.
Disliked: There were hookers and homeless people everywhere. Clearly the staff knew what was happening and condoned it.

Disliked: Outdated and sheets were not changed. Had hair and stains. Comforter had a burn hole. Will not stay there again.
