Liked: First of the heater in my room did not work at all and since it was already almost new years I said well if they didnt bother checking it before I got there then they must not be able to fix it or it's going to take all night to get fixed. I thought of going to the office but when I asked for a bottom room she told me they cant rearrange rooms because I booked the room from through another site. So all in all why go down a flight of stairs to be said no to me again. That's my experience on new years eve
