Liked: The people in the office were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The toilet had no cover; there was no shampoo/conditioner; TV was very old; one speaker was broken.

No pet fees!!! A few...

Liked: When we checked in, there was no hot water and they couldn’t get anyone out to fix it on Sunday afternoon. So the staff offered to cancel our reservation with no fees or a discount if we decided to stay.
Disliked: No hot water
