Disliked: Unclean/unsanitary room called multiple times for refund or replacement room and no answer

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in and ive traveled the world for the military staying in hotels.

Liked: The staff were very nice and worked with me. The bed was actually comfortable. Its pet friendly with no pet fees. Didnt have to put down a security deposit.
Disliked: The price for this hotel is outrageous for the quality of a hotel youre staying in. I had to switch rooms 2 times. 1st time because the TV wouldnt work. 2nd time because they were doing construction. There were bugs on the table. Both rooms were disgusting and not clean. The showers were filthy and the shower tub bottom was caving in. I didnt feel clean at all. I felt dirty the whole time I was there. The wifi is terrible and doesnt stay connected, and barely works when it is connected. The outside had trash everywhere and homeless people all around the place hanging out and doing drugs. The area is a really ghetto area.

Disappointing

Liked: I always thought motel 6 was a budget but adequate motel. There were a couple motels in the area that cost less but I wasn't familiar with them so we stayed at the tried and true motel 6. I was shocked at the cost vs value. For the price I at least expected free shampoo!
Disliked: You had to pay for things like shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and toothbrush. Things other comparable motels had free right in the room. I could have bought them cheaper at Dollar Tree too. Needless to say, since I hadn't packed shampoo for the 10 day cross country trip, I didn't shower that night.
