Front desk staff are the worst. Unfriendly and made me feel like an inconvenience. The door to the room wouldn't latch unless you slammed it. Door had been kicked in and the strike plate was replaced with a regular one. Deadbolt would not engage and the swinging door lock was still broken from when the door was kicked in. If you want to stay at a really shitty motel, this is for you.

Liked: Housekeeping had a dog.
Disliked: Every part of the stay.

Wanted a place to stay...

Liked: Clean, comfortable enough, cheap, seemed secure enough.
Disliked: Not that I would've used it, but pool was closed, and vending machines were way way over priced.

The smoking area bothered us

Disliked: There was a smoking area at the front close to the office going up stairs to our unit which we could not avoid. The guestslooked down and out and I think some guests may have been smoking in their room. We could not get to our room without going by the smoking area.

Liked: Staff was nice, booking was easy. Wasn't able to get my deposit before checkout, but I went back later in the day and they returned my deposit. Very friendly and understanding staff. Will book again.

Liked: The management were very pleasant and treated us us with respect.
Disliked: It’s another place that is a little jaded from the types of people that they are used to dealing with. Understandably so. If you have a dog that is on the bigger side ask for the first floor. Trust me it’s not fun hearing banging from downstairs ceiling followed by a call from management.

My go to in Reno

Liked: Always comfortable stay
Disliked: The price was double the usual
