Comfortable and very clean

Liked: The room and the grounds were very clean. Parking was available close to my room. For a person that has a disability that is important. The facilities were very comfortable. The room and bathroom looked to be newly renovated. I slept soundly and felt safe as a single woman traveling alone. The staff was courteous and responded to all my needs. Definitely would stay there again.
Disliked: Location not the best but the property is fenced for safety. I felt very safe when checked in and on the grounds.

Feels like a prison

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: In the pictures it doesn't show you that is surrounded by a large fence because our homeless people everywhere. It was very intimidating to come here I realizing that you're locked into a property because crime here is so bad. I was also not real happy to find that the chairs were taken out of the rooms so the only place I had to sit with my bed

PRISON LIKE ATMOSPHERE, DON'T RENT...

Liked: Nothing at all. I will never stay there again and if I can help it I will let others know about my horrible treatment by the staff last night and this morning when I checked out a full day early. If I could have left last night I would have.
Disliked: Being treated like I was some criminal. And they still have yet to make it right with the over payment I made. I paid for 2 nights and only spent 1. I checked out before 11am, and I also modified my booking right after I got there, well before the 6 pm deadline to make changes. I'm due a refund of at least $75--$85 dollars.. property is refusing to communicate with me too. Shame on them for treating a Veteran this way
