Uncomfortable stay due to lack...

Liked: Convience to location of where I had to be for work Orientation
Disliked: Not clean at all !! Room felt totally insanitary!! The beddings & bathroom was not so clean

Disliked: The towels were dirty. When reported to the staff they said “I will bring you more later.” Never showed up. Tv was broken and remote was missing a back and batteries.

Liked: Not new and crisp like the pictures. Furniture, tables etc were damaged and painted over as a fix. No hot water in lobby to go with the coffee. No ice. No snack vending. Drink vending was out. The 1 single wash cloth was more holes than cloth. No hand towels. No bath mat. Had to use one of the 2 bath towels as a bath mat.

Liked: It was okay at best the room was semi comfortable and the staff was helpful especially the night staff.
Disliked: The deadbolt on my door would not lock all I had was a little bar lock on like you have on those motels. I had to go to the office twice because my key quit working so I couldn't get into my room. Was traveling with my service dog and there was next to no place for her to use the restroom. Funny thing is signs everywhere saying keep the pets off the grass but there was no grass to be found at this hotel.
