Exceptional

Liked: Heather is wonderful I've never seen her out if line she is professional and treats everyone. The same I haven't seen her judge or make anyone feel judged. Housekeeping is friendly hard working and professional. Over all a nice experience
Disliked: It can feel a little unsafe at times in the parking lot but I haven't actually had any problems

Liked: The hot shower was the only thing I liked.
Disliked: I didnt like that the room didn't have heat. Didn't have shampoo or conditioner or enough pillows on the bed. Room needs to be updated real bad.

Passable

Liked: It's just okay. Not too fancy or a bad location to stay. A fast place to get into last minute.
Disliked: Picture online stated there was a pool but when we got there, there was no pool.
