Safe & comfortable budget stay...

Liked: The property was clean, comfortable, safe & the location was superb with the Appalachian mountains at the background. The front desk staff was very helpful.

Mt Jackson certainly is a...

Liked: Room size and cleanliness were terrific. The location to gas and eats makes it perfect. Having the local Italian resteraunt deliver to our room was ideal.
Disliked: Wish there was a coffee maker in the room...the office coffee wasn't far and worked. Perhaps a bit larger cup available next time?

Met my expectations for the...

Liked: Good value for the price. Clean and bed was comfortable .Had small microwave and frig
Disliked: Noisy. Could hear voices from other rooms and outside. Curtains did not darken the room enough. Sink and vanity were not closed off to rest of room
