Staff was helpful in replacing the phone that didn't work and the bedspread that had holes and stains. Despite requesting double occupancy there was only one bed (I guess they assumed we were fine with sleeping together?). The wind howled all night from the large gap under the door. There was no alarm clock, pictures on the walls or carpeting. The TV did not work correctly despite staff's best efforts. Very pleasant staff. Very dismal hotel.

Disliked: Rooms were very unclean. Floors filthy, looked like they mopped with very dirty water. Toilet was moldy under the rim. Non hotel grade bed linens were used. EXTREMELY wrinkled bed linens, with hairs, blood and mascara stains. I couldn’t relax since things looked so dirty. Unfortunately it was too late to find another hotel. The rooms smelled mad and moldy. I tried 2 different rooms
