Not nice at all!
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: All of it, very dodgy place, didn’t really feel safe and staff were terrible!

Cozy and safe
Liked: The bed and pillows were comfortable. The water was hot. They have a mini-fridge, microwave, DirecTV, security, parking in front of the room.
Disliked: As you arrive, everything is gated, and there is only one parking space outside the gates, and it is for a handicap van. It was hard to figure out how to access the property. I ended up parking in the one space available, and I was able to speak to the attendant through a window. I think it's great that there is security all around. I just wish I had known ahead of time how to get in. After getting the room key, I was able to open the gate with the electronic key and park right in front of the room. It was a small inconvenience, but only because I didn't know how it worked.

After looking at the room...
Disliked: Lobby is locked. Had to talk to front desk through a dingy plastic window / slot thing. Said my card was declined. Had a confirmation number and the charge was posted to my online back account. Finally gave a key card. Asked for non smoking room. Visited room and it reeked of MJ and cigarettes. Just totally disgusting. Returned the key card and ran away as fast as I could. People milling around with their clothes in plastic bags. A scene from the end of the world. Made reservation on line and described as regular type of hotel. This is an urban hell hole.

I am happy it was...
Disliked: They removed the microwave a refrigerator from room. Beds had one pillow each and they weren't comfortable at all. Paid almost $100 and couldn't store or heat any food. Paying simply because it's close to downtown isn't good enough when the room sucks.
