Motel 6-Lafayette LA

Did not stay.

Liked: Nothing! There was drug activity & prostitutes on the premises. Homeless ppl with their packs stored under the stairwells. The room was disgusting!
Disliked: Everything! Complete misrepresentation of the property from pictures online & description on the website

Disliked: The room was absolutely disgusting and terrible! I would give it no points if I could. The sheets were dirty. The room walls were so filthy and stained. The towels in the restroom were stained with what looked like blood. The restroom had so much scum and the toilet seat literally had blood stains. The door did not close properly and the bedside tables/restroom counter tops were sticky and stained. We booked here as it was a close stay to Cajundome for a concert. We had no choice but to get ready for the concert there as it was too short notice to find something else. We returned to the room after the concert just to find people standing around smoking marijuana. Lingering out in front of doors and there was so much traffic in and out. Definitely not safe at all!! My daughter and I packed and left. Chose a 3hr ride back home that same night then to stay in this filth. Please don’t stay here.

Disliked: People smoking weed and people asking for money as soon as we got out of our car. The room was clean but the bed made horrible noise every time you moved or got out of it. The sink leaked.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that you pay for a room and it wasn’t ready until after 6pm and it seems like this place you can pay by the hour with all the traffic in and out

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: The bedspread had over twenty cigarette burns, including some very large holes. There was mold in the shower and the walls could use a coat of paint.

Disliked: Everything else! Horrible! Staff rude and unhelpful. DIRTY! Mold on ceiling, floors filthy, entrance door would not close completely, refrigerator door will not close, no breakfast, pool closed indefinitely, staff refused to provide more than two towels for two adults and a teenager

Liked: WHEN WE GOT THERE THEY SAID WE DIDNT HAVE A RESERVATION! We had to go buy another room!! Still haven't gotten my money back!
