We were very disappointed in the overall condition of the room - dirty, nasty towels, TV did not work and the door looked to have been jimmied some time ago.

Liked: The front desk lady was very professional and did her best to correct the missed reservation.
Disliked: Room was dirty and towels were soiled.

Liked: That the room was actually nicer than the last time I stayed there and the receptionist was very nice
Disliked: Location I guess it wasn't that bad tho for real

Disliked: The bed sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there was no towels

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: It was supposed to be just a sleeping place for the night, but I was expecting at least a clean room for that. The smell inside of the room was horrible, somebody did the checkout and was smoking cigarettes like, leaving a terrible smell inside of that room. Also, the room was a mess, and I got pictures and videos to prove it !

Disliked: We didn't even stay We checked in and didn't go to the room Went to the casino..came back that night and the room had a horrible mildew smell and the blankets were stained looking We just drove home.

Disliked: The 4 bed bugs I found and when I asked for my refund, it never came through.

Disliked: the rooms sucked! remote was broken. channels were off, bathroom toilet was dirty, no toilet paper, I mean I can go on.
