Nice bed, dirty room

Liked: The bed was comfy, and the guy at the front was personable
Disliked: It was very dirty, granted I should’ve said something when I first got there instead of when I was leaving because the guy did say that they would’ve gotten me a different room, but nonetheless the room should be checked prior to permitting guests to stay there. There were stains on the pillow, Bedsheet, blanket. There was dog hair and human hair in the bed, and there was hair on nearly all the towels, I found a woman’s nail on the floor, the facilities are falling apart as well, the toilet seat was dirty and had residue on it, with the seams on the bottom of the wall coming off in the one corner and in the bathroom. The exhaust fan was halfway hanging off the wall, the hallway had a faint smell of a nursing home and BO
