Disliked: Upon arrival, the lady at reception could not locate my reservation, despite having received 2 emails from this property confirming my stay.Not only did she keep on asking to have a look at my reservation on my phone and also asked for my ID several times. She probably took my phone 4 times, which I relate to a violation of my privacy.She then told me that the she has to make a new reservation to check me in. At my surprise she told me that I would have to pay for this new reservation, which obviously I declined because I had a pre-paid reservation. She then told me that I had to call Booking.com to sort this out. I told her that I will not call and since the property had previously confirmed my booking, they had to sort it themselves. The conversation became heated and I told her that I would lodge an official complaint at Booking.com (probably the property's largest RN generator).After "checking with her manager" over the phone, she eventually cut a key for me after 20 minutes and said that I was checked-in.I was horrified when I reached the room assigned to me. Never in my life did I stay in such a filthy place (see pictures). Stains everywhere, from the walls to the floors, to the surfaces, even on the blanket. Decency prevents me from describing the conditions of the bathroom and toilet; pictures suffice. The TV remote was not working. I could not turn down the volume, rendering any watching impossible - too loud. The matress was a wooden plank...I am well-traveled, stayed in hundreds of hotels and motels worldwide from budget to ultra luxury properties. I have never experienced such a stay and such poor customer service.I believe the hygiene services of Texas must be informed about this and should organise an inspection.

Liked: Seemed nice at first went to take a bath but the faucet was stuck on shower mode and the water control knob fell off, using the bathroom the toilet seat was busted and almost fell on the floor. There was other guest hair everywhere. I went Walmart and purchased my own cleaning gear. And the WROST communication skills. The clientele I saw were addicts outside screaming all night so I guess staff just feels everyone is on that level and treats every customer the same.I will never go again

Liked: Pets stayed free.
Disliked: Service,quality of maids,never cleaning,no towels, no sheets.They kicked us out after two weeks when we over payed them day by day.

Worst experience ever!!!

Disliked: The room was dirty, we had to call the cops to come out because the room next to us was having a domestic dispute and he almost busted the door in. When we were checking out two police vehicles were out front for another incident.
