Not as good as it...

Disliked: Toilet paper holder was broken, Bed mattress was too high to make it easy to lay down. No alarm clock in room. TV had limited channels even though it listed numberless channels on channel guide which were not available. Snack machines were broken.

Liked: Staff was amazing and very accommodating going back
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: It was cheap. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: Had this smell. Couldn't pin what it was. The people in the room not to me were playing music really loud and had a large dog that barked and barked. Staff want concerned. It's a cheap place to stay when you don't want to spend

It was nice quiet stay...

Yuck

Disliked: Room was filthy, not vacuumed dirty towel still in bathroom hanging over shower curtain, stained pillow case/sheets. Room keys needed to be reprogrammed 2nd night, super inconvenient. Just yucky!!

Liked: Location to my job.
Disliked: It wasn’t clean at all, I paid for a bottom floor room and I got one, however it didn’t have a microwave or a refrigerator like what I was shown in the photo when I booked. I was on a work trip and I often bring food with me instead of eating out. I had to stay in that room until the next day when they switched rooms for me to the top floor. I brought a cooler with me, so my food was safe. Room was so filthy I had to use the rubbing alcohol I brought to clean the toilet seat. It was really disappointing. I got the room for the week so I dealt with it. Our job was extended, so I decided to rebook due to convenience of not having to move an hour north at night. This time when I booked, I made sure to make the request for a bottom floor room with microwave and refrigerator. Throwing caution to the wind that perhaps they just forgot to clean the room I stayed in prior. I get my room changed, and it is dirty, has no microwave, but does have a refrigerator. When asking the desk about the microwave, I was told I could walk to the lobby to use the one there. Thank God my job was cancelled that evening and I was able to leave and make a start towards home. I was fortunate to have used booking.com and was able to cancel for a full refund of second booking. I headed home and I will not stay here again.I’m not a rude or picky person. I travel extensively and just want what I book for. When motels/hotels don’t deliver what they show, that’s not right.

Liked: It was fun trying to find an exit on the one side of the building. We had fun looking for it!
Disliked: It would be even better if they had donuts in the morning with the coffee. Overall we still had a good stay over. Thank you!

Great value!

Liked: Great place for the money. Clean and comfortable. I would stay again! And pets stay free which was amazing so I could have my dog with me.
Disliked: Everything was good for me
