Motel 6-Billings MT - North, Billings

Bad

Liked: The location wasn't bad.
Disliked: The TV got 6 channels. And behind the dresser area it was completely dirty. The bath tub had grime in it and the water was hard to turn on all the way. And when I took the sheets off the bed to get it ready for when we left the mattress was aweful it was black and drown stained and gross. The door you had to lift up on the handle to open it . It is what people would call a crack hotel.

Superb

Liked: The value and the staff.
Disliked: The pool was closed.

Worst experience with a hotel......

Liked: Literally nothing. No joke!
Disliked: Pool has apparently been closed for about 2 years, but we weren't emailed about this until just a day or two before our stay. We booked weeks in advance, to have a pool while visiting our grandchildren. When trying to resolve the issue, the front desk person first lied and said she was the manager, then never managed to get me in contact with the manager after at least 4 calls. We're told a refund would be processed since the hotel couldn't supply the amenities that are still listed as available, but never got one cent back. I couldn't be more pissed with this location and their staff

Liked: It kept me off the street
Disliked: There is no pool. There is no breakfast. I had to bring my own TV. There was no hot water or towels. The noise, foot traffic in the halls all hours day and night. Water drained from the top floor maintenance room through the wall down to the first floor. Homeless were allowed to sleep in the stairwells, smoke in the halls, shoot and smoke meth in the stairways. The cops were there about every hour hauling someone off. It stinks and honestly should not be allowed to rent rooms to anyone. It surely should not be listed as a motel.

Disliked: Couldn't even take a shower.Or the water was freezing cold

Liked: Nothing it was filthy dirty broken flooring dirty floors linen and smelled like cigarettes and outside door to motel was broken and not locked so anyone could enter
Disliked: Same as above
