Kids had a blast loved the courtyard quad area for snow angels and snowman building

Liked: My kids were kind of rowdy and nobody complained. They had us aim opposite end from lobby. Easy check in aside from the girl not allowing me to get my key until I trekked back around the building to my vehicle for the license plate number which I feel couldnt have waited until after we settled to deal w a parking pass as I had two small children and all my stuff in tow. Annoying but thats okay. When I got back w license plate number she was gone and the guy thought I was just parkingnmy car. He had no idea why I was asked to do that before checking In
Disliked: The office chick exchanging contact info with my kids dad was weird but okay.
