Cheap rude hotel

Liked: It was cheap and close to where I need to be
Disliked: You cannot go into the lobby still even though COVID 19 was over 5 years ago. The staff tried to swipe an old card on file before I got there and it was declined because it’s old and not active. They canceled my room. They tried to called me but my phone put it as a spam risk and they never left a voicemail. When I tried to call back it seemed like a bill collector agency so I hung up the call before speaking to a human.

Disliked: The bed are bad ... you can hear everything going on outside ...and I'm working nights and the sun is bright in my room

Other than the check in,...

Liked: The guy on shift during our second night was super helpful, I called down for a bath plug and it did take him a minute to bring it down to the room but he actually brought it to the door and apologized for the delay even though it way maybe 15 minutes.
Disliked: The night I checked in I told the clerck I wanted to pay in cash but instead he ran my card.
