Terrible, this location was unsafe...
Liked: Terrible, we couldn’t even get into the parking lot. Photos of this location are NOT up to date as the business is either undergoing foreclosure or major renovations. Locked gate around the entire property, couldn’t even get into the parking lot and no staff was around to talk to. I tried calling the location and every time got a “busy” signal, tried reaching out via the booking app and no response. Most rooms were boarded up with plywood, trash and broken appliances littered the outside, and the building was covered with spray paint. It appeared vacant and we deemed it unsafe. Had to find another hotel to stay in last minute. We had received a notice through booking that said “some amenities might be unavailable due to COVID-19” and gave information about bringing personal protection equipment, but had NO MENTION of the state of the building. Had I known I would have originally booked a different location. Currently trying to get a refund since we didn’t even enter the property.VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE OUTCOME OF THIS BOOKING AND VERY DISAPPOINTED EITH BOOKING.com FOR NOT HAVING UP TO DATE DETAILS AND PHOTOS!!!

They are no longer in...
Liked: They are no longer in business but I still received 'email confirmation' and I was still charged! I need a refund. Booking.com needs to remove this company from their listing asap! I had to stay at another hotel last minute.
Disliked: They're no longer in business and I only found out when I got there, I had to call other hotels when I got there to find somewhere to stay. I need a refund asap.
