Poor hospitality

Liked: Then we're unprofessional and no hospitality services what do ever. The rooms were not clean and had no amenities. When asked for the amenities we were told they had none and there was nothing they could of would do. Pretty much we had to deal with it. I asked for my money back and was denied my money back. Then when asked to speak with the manager I was told there was no manager that if I fight like it I could leave.

Disliked: No towels or blankets. No microwave. Broken lock on the door. Shady people walking around. Gang writings on inside of door. Sheets on bed look used

Disliked: Entire Room was dirty including sheets, no towels, no comforter, no remote, tv not in proper place, only worked when standing by it and had no antenna or cable as stated on website. Floors had not been swept,mopped,or dusted in quite some time..
