Motel 6-Youngstown OH

This is a terrible location....

Liked: Nothing they were drug addicts at the front desk, checking in the rooms
Disliked: I asked her early check in when I got there after driving 14 hours and they told me no I didn’t ask for a refund which I’ve been waiting on since Friday

Disliked: No frig, microwave, iron and TV didn't work. Stairwells were mess and unpleasant odor.

Loved this hotel! Great communication!...

Liked: Great location and felt safe!
Disliked: No mini fridge! No coffee! No breakfast! No pool! No workout center!

Disliked: We were supposed to have a smoke free room. It was very unclean. Smoke filled all of our clothes. Everything we touched. Had a smoke stain or smell to it. There were no available rooms to switch, but the entire facility was just very unkept and unclean bathroom shower was definitely not cleaned

Liked: That is was affordable.
Disliked: We were double booked and we didn't even know that until 12:30am after trying to use the key cards and them getting re programmed 3x and they finally used the master key to let us in our room and there were already people in there sleeping. Still have not gotten the refund
