Disliked: When we're trying to check out, there were maids blocking the stairs and sidewalk to take our things to our car. The night before I went to the front desk for something, (they see you are standing there) and no one ever came, as they were applying acrylic nails in the back room.

Disliked: Run down , rooms had strong odor and mold in showers

BUT, I left my wallet...

Liked: We needed a 8 hour sleep, so selected it for price.
Disliked: Well, it met the value of its price!

Disliked: Hello I expect a full refund justifiably speaking, which you should have offered me after all I shared with you..1.) Constant cc closed captioning issues2.) No hot water3.) Having o pay extra when my reservation states mini fridge and microwave in room4.) Room not being made up daily5.) Room being made up with same bedding, no new towels, having to ask for the floor to be swept and mopped and clean linens and towels6.l broken glass shoved in shower drain cutting my feet7.) Mo!d in sink and in roomAll Tod to front desk staff, maintenance etc. Your maids need to be fired the ones doing these things, this is unacceptable as I stated to Josh.

Better than I expected.

Liked: Near freeway. Gated parking.
Disliked: I had my dog and they put me in the 2nd floor. He hates elevators and stairs.

Over all it was fine.

Liked: The working air-conditioner, the hand held shower head, the water pressure, close to food and right off the freeways.
Disliked: The floor wasn't very clear, the towel rack bar fell on the floor, the top mattress was to long for the bottom one and no clothes hangers.
